A popular and effective mediator, Phillip brings to the mediation table a valuable blend of litigation experience, creativity and credibility and the ability to build relationships and rapport with litigating parties and their attorneys.
A Birmingham native and a member of the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators (AAAM), Phillip received his law degree from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law after earning his undergraduate degree at UAB.
Phillip's litigation experience provides a solid foundation for his effectiveness in achieving settlement in a wide variety of areas, including:
