We are pleased to welcome litigator, mediator, and municipal judge Jonathan Lowe to our panel of mediation and arbitration professionals.


With an active three-decade litigation background in a variety of Alabama civil disputes, experience serving as general counsel for numerous corporate entities, and over 26 years as a municipal judge, Jonathan brings to every mediation and arbitration engagement a wealth of practical problem-solving experience.


Jonathan continues to balance his litigation and mediation practices.


A Registered Mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution, Jonathan offers litigating parties and their attorneys matter-specific knowledge and insight in:

  • Workers’ compensation

His balanced experience in tort disputes is exemplified by his memberships in the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA) and the Alabama Association for Justice (ALAJ).


Jonathan is a past president (2008-2009) of the Winston County Bar Association and is a member of the Marion County and Madison County bar associations and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).


The University of Alabama alumnus earned his law degree in 1994 at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.


Active in the community, Jonathan has served on the board of directors of the Haleyville Chamber of Commerce since 2015, is a member of the Haleyville Industrial Development Board, and has been inducted into the Winston County Sports Hall of Fame.
